Refund policy

Sunshine Adventures Apparel is happy to accept returns and issue a refund or exchange products.
Return Policy:
- Orders may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- Only new, unused clothing can be returned.
- We do not provide a shipping label for returns or refund original shipping costs.
- Once the return has been accepted, please allow 2 business days for the refund to be issued.
Exchange Policy:
- Orders may be exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- We do not provide a shipping label for the return item, but we will cover shipping for the new exchanged item.
- Your exchanged item will be sent once we have received the original item.
- Exchanges are limited to one per order.
Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:
- Only new, unused clothing can be returned or exchanged.
- Original shipping fees are not refunded or credited.
- Items not eligible for return or exchange include:
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, used, or stained in any way.
- Clothing with odors, including but not limited to cigarette smoke or pet odors.
- Clothing that has already been exchanged for another item.
- Items refused during delivery.
- Final sale items.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@sunshineadventuresapparel.com. When your return or exchange request is confirmed, we will email instructions on how and where to send your package, including the return address. Apparel sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
